Current Positions:

Homemaker (Traditionally Called AIN) 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with our residents and providing gentle, warm and genuine care
  • Delivering personal daily care needs such as showering, dressing and meal preparation
  • Assisting with general housework including cleaning and laundry
  • Finding creative approaches to delivering personalised dementia care
  • Participating and supporting residents on community outings

We require candidates to work full time hours.

Locations include: North Shore, Sutherland Shire, Hunters Hill and Eastern Suburbs.

Appropriate qualifications are required.

 The salary offered for full-time positions is $55,000

Registered Nurse- Case Manager

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be comfortable working autonomously and part of a team in a culture that demands excellence
  • Have current AHPRA registration
  • Be self motivated and flexible
  • Be willing to work weekends
  • Have a current, unrestricted drivers licence and own a reliable car
  • Have a minimum of at least one (1) years of clinical experience
  • Have the necessary visa and/or work rights for Australia

Resident Relations Manager (Traditionally Called Customer Service Manager)

Duties include:

  • Management of intake process for new residents coming to GHA
  • Knowledge of the applicable funding streams such as NDIS and Home Care Packages is essential
  • Develops processes and policies for resident intake
  • Ensure efficient operation of our inbound calls
  • Liaise with Clinical and Social Work teams for smooth transition of residents from enquiry to admission

We require candidates to work full time hours.

3 years+ relevant experience required.

Location: Crows Nest

Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 plus super
