Current Positions:

Engagement Coordinator

The Engagement Coordinator role requires someone with a unique combination of caring support skills and sales skills.  The role is the key point of contact for families looking for care for their loved ones.  You will assist families from the enquiry phase through to our admission process. We believe it is all about supporting the families to make the right decision about whether to move into Group Homes Australia.  We use a gentle and caring sales approach and so we are looking for a candidate who loves connecting and hearing the stories of others and will genuinely work with them to recommend the best option.  As an organisation, we actively seek ways to create a “wow moment” during every customer touchpoint. 

This role reports to the Engagement Manager and . . .

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Respond and qualify all incoming enquiries
  • Schedule and hold GHA discovery call with customer prospects
  • Schedule tours and assessments with the customers and GHA team members who conduct them
  • Provide quote and contract management administration support
  • Provide support with government funding applications where required
  • Maintain up to date resident, staff and service records in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Willingness and flexibility to do tours when required

The ideal person will have: 

  • Knowledge of healthcare markets including Homecare/community, aged care, NDIS is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to gently sell or conduct business development management 3+ years
  • Exceptional people management skills and experience
  • Passion for driving best customer experience outcomes.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong written and communication skills to effectively build relationships with customers, case managers, stakeholders, and leadership team
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • Experience utilising Salesforce and HubSpot for customer relationship management highly desirable.

The successful applicant must have:

  • A current “C” class NSW Drivers Licence.
  • A current National Police Clearance .
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1 & 2)

Our Support Office is located in North Sydney NSW and are homes are located in Northern Beaches, Upper North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Caringbah and Hunters Hill.

Homemaker (Traditionally Called AIN)

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with our residents and providing gentle, warm and genuine care
  • Delivering personal daily care needs such as showering, dressing and meal preparation
  • Assisting with general housework including cleaning and laundry
  • Finding creative approaches to delivering personalised dementia care
  • Participating and supporting residents on community outings

We require candidates to work full time hours.

Locations include: North Shore, Sutherland Shire, Hunters Hill and Eastern Suburbs.

Appropriate qualifications are required.

The salary offered for full-time positions starts from $55,000

Registered Nurse- Case Manager

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be comfortable working autonomously and part of a team in a culture that demands excellence
  • Have current AHPRA registration
  • Be self motivated and flexible
  • Be willing to work weekends
  • Have a current, unrestricted drivers licence and own a reliable car
  • Have a minimum of at least one (1) years of clinical experience
  • Have the necessary visa and/or work rights for Australia
