Personal, tailored dementia support

Our experienced team take the time to understand your needs. Whether you’ve had an early diagnosis or later in life, we appreciate that multiple physical and neurological examinations have already taken place to determine whether you have complex needs, or whether a less intensive care setting is appropriate.

Residential care that feels like home

People living with dementia may need some assistance with daily tasks, setting a daily routine, meal preparation, personal care and much more as their cognitive abilities decline. However, we believe you should have access to dementia support services in living environments that feel like your own home.

A person with dementia and their family members have a wide range of support options with Group Homes Australia. Plus, our carers work to provide the best quality of life for our residents.

Support for family members

Dementia care isn’t always just about the person living with dementia. It is common for residents and their family to require other services, not just daily support. That’s why we also offer flexible respite care, giving people living with dementia and their carers a chance to reset. This is a great time to explore future care needs in order to ensure the best quality of life possible. Our care team is qualified to help you understand the condition more, from the psychological symptoms to a decline in cognitive abilities. You can also always contact the National Dementia helpline or Dementia Australia if you require further support.
