Our newest and second GHA home in Castle Hill is coming soon in Chiltern Crescent, Castle Hill.
This spacious two-storey home combines modern comforts with a cozy, homely atmosphere. Chiltern welcomes 6-10 residents living with dementia, with 10 bedrooms, most with their own private ensuite. The heart of the home is its open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, full of natural light. A cozy lounge area with a gas fireplace, a separate sitting room, and a spacious dining table come together to create a welcoming space for residents and homemakers to gather for meals and relaxation. This inviting area opens out to a sunny, north-facing rear garden and terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments. The separate sitting room at the front provides a quiet retreat for smaller gatherings, engagements or family visits.
Chiltern is our second GHA home in Castle Hill, located within the north-western part of Sydney. The home is a short car trip from the new metro station and popular Castle Towers Shopping Centre, making it easy for residents to take part in small outings and engage with the local community. Chiltern is located in a low-density neighbourhood, within a close-knit community which we are proud to be part of.
